ERP - IT Analyst

The position’s main task is to seek stable operation and maintenance of our ERP-IFS installation. The solution is used throughout the organisation and is critical to our business. The day-to-day operation requires e.g. surveillance, monitoring, incident management, access management support, all which needs to be according compliance procedures.

Main Responsibilities

• Securing a stable day to day operation of the IFS solution
• Secure consistency in incident management and follow up
• Application and dataflow monitoring 
• Incident tracking (incl. use of Jira and at current our 3^rd party application management services provider) 
• First line of support for ERP incident reporting 
• Ensure operational compliance incl. change management, risk management and associated task flows
• Access management execution incl. SoD control and compliance

• Support Advisor in e.g.

   establish and maintain business / IT work instructions , ERP master data management 
• Maintain ERP Business Reports and information dashboards
• Perform ERP inductions for new-joiners

Qualifications 

• Experience with ERP maintenance and operations
• Experience with ERP preferably IFS
• Experience with Jira or equivalent tools for incident tracking and compliance
• Experience with application management from external service suppliers
• General knowledge of technical IT infrastructure (servers, databases, network, etc)
• Preferably knowledge around IFS covered processes such as procurement, invoicing and projects.
• Experience and knowledge about REST api and xml,  Java, pl sql
