Head of Investor Relations

The investor relation function is responsible for creating and presenting a consistently applied investment message to the investment society on behalf of the company and ensure that its publicly traded securities achieves a fair valuation. The function is responsible for developing and executing the company's investor relation activites in cooperation with the CFO and CEO.

Höegh LNG is centrally located at Skøyen in Oslo, and the position will report to Chief Financial Officer.

Main Tasks

• Plan and execute a continuous two-way dialogue with capital market investors (equity and debt capital markets)
• Ensure that Höegh LNG's equity story is well understood by the investor society
• Provide management with feed-back received from the investor society and ensure that this is reflected in the formulation of the Company's strategies
• Plan, prepare and execute road shows and company presentations including capital markets days
• Plan, prepare and execute the process of producing the quarterly report and stock exchange notices
• Shape, develop and maintain the Company's communication platform with the investor society (Internet home page, distribution channels, presentations, KPIs etc)
• Prepare selected parts of the annual report
• Propose and prepare for dividend payments
• Prepare the monthly IR report
• Maintain a running 12 month IR action plan in close cooperation with Höegh LNG Partners LP
• Maintain an updated corporate presentation
• Annual review of corporate strategy document, which includes market update and calibration towards the head of each division
• Particiaption in important strategic planning process within the company
• Participate in capital market transactions

 Qualifications

• Relevant higher university degree
• At least 8-10 year’s work experience
• LNG industry knowledge
• Analytical and strategic mind set
• Excellent language and communication skills
• Established relationships in relevant financial markets
• Strong corporate finance knowledge
• Proficiency in English
• Solid computer skills
